China's trade with the European Union - the country's biggest trade partner - decreased 1.9 percent year-on-year to $124.41 billion in the first quarter in 2013, as the bloc has announced the imposition of a provisional anti-dumping duty of 11.8 percent on photovoltaic products from more than 100 Chinese manufacturers, after claiming to have opened an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into mobile telecommunications network equipment and components from China.
